Bookings and Payments

• All payments are processed through our platform
• Experts set their own prices
• Platform fee is added to each transaction

Cancellations

• Cancellation policies are set by each expert
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Our Role

We connect clients with experts. We are not responsible for the advice given during consultations. Each expert is an independent professional.

Prohibited Use

• No fraud or illegal activity
• No harassment
• No false information
